Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup

I love to use this syrup in everything from coffee to cocktails. Its also delicious on vanilla ice cream


1 Cup  Honey

1 Cup  Water

5 Springs of Fresh Rosemary


  1. Add all ingredients to a quart stock pot and bring it to boil.
  2. Then lower the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Let it cool down completely, then remove the rosemary sprigs. Store the rosemary honey simple syrup in a glass airtight jar in the refrigerator.
