I love to use this syrup in everything from coffee to cocktails. Its also delicious on vanilla ice cream
1 Cup Honey
1 Cup Water
5 Springs of Fresh Rosemary
- Add all ingredients to a quart stock pot and bring it to boil.
- Then lower the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Let it cool down completely, then remove the rosemary sprigs. Store the rosemary honey simple syrup in a glass airtight jar in the refrigerator.
